Safaricom Hook is a UI/UX project focused on designing an effortless digital experience: understanding what people need to get done, and shaping an interface that makes each of those tasks feel simple, recognisable and quick to complete for every kind of person, with minimal effort.
The Design
The work encompasses user interface and user experience design, with meticulous attention to well-structured layouts, consistent visual patterns and interaction sequences that feel intuitive and effortless to follow.

The development
Design work concentrated on information architecture and interactions: orchestrating content across interfaces and streamlining how individuals progress from each stage to the next without friction or unnecessary confusion.
The Takeaway
This case study demonstrates the UI/UX methodology I incorporate into every website I design and develop, keeping every individual project effortless, user-focused and straightforward to navigate from the very first interaction.
